Confidentiality & Ethics
Our firm operates under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Bureau and specifically follows the Occupation Code 1702.
Section 1702.133 specifies:
a) A license holder or an officer, director, partner, or manager of a license holder may not disclose to another, information obtained by the person for an employer or client except at the direction of the employer or client or as required by state law or court order.
b) A license holder or an officer, director, partner, or manager of a license holder shall disclose to a law enforcement officer or a district attorney, or that individual’s representative, information the person obtains that relates to a criminal offense.
Our office will consistently practice the highest of standards and ethics.
We realize that any information obtained by our investigators will always have the potential of being sensitive. Our office will, under the guidelines of the Private Security Bureau, consistently protect that level of sensitivity.
